Process:

Sculpt wax, clay or other media into desired shape, create a rubber mold, fill rubber mold with melted wax to duplicate, remove cooled wax from mold, add detail to wax casting, cover casting in liquid ceramic, allow to dry, repeat 12 times allowing 3 hours drying time in between, place wax casting and ceramic mold into kiln and fire at 1200 degrees, wax melts out leaving hollow ceramic shell, fill shell with molten bronze at 2400 degrees, allow to cool, chip away mold, sandblast, weld holes, patina, attach to base, create name plate, polish, deliver. You can see why it takes 6 weeks.
